The Emerald Talisman Review

Happy Friday Everyone!

So, we have made it another week, and I hope it has all been a great week for you all! Today’s review is another YA romantic comedy full of mystery, intrigue, and adventure. The Emerald Talisman by Brenda Pandos, will leave you guessing until the very end and the good news this is the first book in an amazing adventure.

The book description is from the Goodreads website:

“To be normal, sixteen-year-old Julia Parker would shed her empathic gift in a second. Life has been difficult since her mother’s mysterious disappearance ten years earlier – an event she witnessed, but can’t remember. Julia’s situation becomes more complicated after a near death experience from a blood thirsty stalker. As high school students go missing it is clear there is a connection to her own experience–past and present. Someone has to stop the madness and a chance encounter with a creepy psychic foretells that only Julia is the key to stopping the madness, but it may require the life of the one she loves.”

Brenda creates a story line that you have never seen, and characters that are so lifelike that you feel everything they feel. This story transports you into a different and dangerous world that you won’t want to leave even when you reach the end of the series. With real romances and mystery you will be gripped in suspense until the very end. Once you finish this book you will want to read the other books in the series to see how the author wraps up this amazing story.

This is a fun light read that will make you escape the stresses of the real world. You will laugh, cry, and your heart will race right along with the characters.

Go on a romantic adventure and see if you can find the killer before time runs out!
