Happy Friday Everyone!
So, I was recently talking to one of my friends and together we decided that I had a slight book buying problem. Like I have said before, I have been on a romance kick, and I swear I have been ordering tons of books from Amazon, and getting free kindle books as well. She told me that I needed to read the books I had, which was true, however I came back at her and told her I was reading my 9th book for this month. Yes, so far I have read 9 books this month, which is a lot to me, lol.
I have honestly ran out of room on my bookshelf and come up with some pretty creative ways to stack my books to make room lol. I know my bank account sees it as a problem, however the book worm in me sees no problem at all. I do have like two books pre-ordered that come out in the next couple of months, but hey those are pre-orders lol. I wanted to see if I was the only one with this problem.
So, the question I pose to all of you is how many books would you say you buy in a month? Do you read what you have on your shelf before buying more or do you buy a book because you see it and it draws your attention, even if you have books to read at home?
Hope everyone has a good weekend, and I can’t wait to read your thoughts!

I buy less than 15 books a year. I’m a member of two libraries and they loan out e-books to read. Most of the time they have what I’m looking for on the site, but sometimes I have to place a hold, but with so many holds I get a good influx of new material! For the books they don’t have or the hold is too long, then I’ll buy or ask for it as a Christmas or birthday gift š

You do so much better than me. I will have to try the library thing. Thanks for sharing!

I feel you! My bank account is crying far too often over the amount of books I get! I read a lot, but I still have quite a few books on my bookshelf that I haven’t read, so I probably should focus on those…
